Karan Johar exited from ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded’ to shoot for the film which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai. This is what Karan had tweeted a few days back:

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will be Anushka’s second film with Ranbir Kapoor after ‘Bombay Velvet’, which incidentally starred Karan in a villainous role. ‘Bombay Velvet’ proved to be a disaster at the Box Office. But expectations are high from this KJo film.
