Original Batman and Robin to reunite for new animated flick

London: Adam West and Burt Ward, who starred in the original Batman TV series in the 60s, are teaming up to voice characters in upcoming animated Batman flick.

Announcing the news at Mad Monster Con, Ward said that fans could look forward to the full-length 90-minute animated feature coming out on the 50th anniversary of the classic show, the Daily Star reported.

The animated film will possibly release in 2016, and would also coincide with the release of the highly anticipated 'Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.'
