Whoa! Kareena Kapoor Khan gets bigger role in Sonam Kapoor's 'Veera Di Shaadi'?

New Delhi: She is the suave begum of Bollywood. Kareena Kapoor Khan doesn't really have to be in any film just for the heck of it. So, when the buzz around Rhea Kapoor's directorial debut 'Veera Di Shaadi' started, surprise package turned out to be Kareena's name in the list of actors finalised for the film.

Sister Sonam Kapoor will play one of the important characters in Rhea's production, where DNA reports that Kareena is set to get the lead role. Surprised? Well, so are we. The film is a chic flick, based on Hollywood drama 'The Sisterhood of The Travelling Pants'.

The report states the film will capture a crazy journey of this girl gang and how one of the ladies ends up getting finally hitched. The film also stars Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
