Hema Malini all for anti-ageing techniques

Mumbai: At 63, veteran actress Hema Malini looks as young as ever. She eats healthy, keeps herself fit with regular dancing, but also says there`s no harm in using anti-ageing techniques.

"Anti-ageing is for all of us and with these newer techniques we can look all good, feel better and become healthier," said Hema. But what`s the beauty secret behind the flawless skin of Bollywood`s `dream girl`? "I drink a lot of water to keep my skin glowing and also to keep myself away from dehydration," she said. IANS
