For Outer Covering:
Refined flour (maida)--4 cups
Ghee-- 5 tbsp +to deep fry
For the filling:
Khoya (mawa)-- 500 gms
Desiccated coconut--3 1/2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder--1/4 tbsp
Nutmeg powder--a pinch
Powdered sugar--2 and a half cups
Chocolate (grated)--half cup
