LiLo praised by judge during probation hearing

New York: Lindsay Lohan was praised by the judge for completing her court ordered community service at the morgue way ahead of time during her probation hearing.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner was impressed by the 25-year-old actress for fulfilling her duty at the morgue after she failed to complete her probation at the Downtown Women’s Centre by not to show up regularly, and was ultimately booted out of the facility. “Miss Lohan, you have actually done the work and done it not only on time but early,” the New York Daily News quoted Sautner as saying. “You’re doing well, and I’d like to see you continue. Sautner sentenced Lohan to 30 days in jail and laid out a highly-structured monthly plan to keep the wayward actress on track with the remainder of her 480 hours of community service. She said that the ‘Mean Girls’ star must complete 12 days of morgue work each month along with at least four psychotherapy sessions. Lohan made quick work of the 30 day jail sentence, serving just under five hours before an early release due to jail overcrowding. The judge said that she finished her first block of 12 morgue days with time to spare and squeezed in an added therapy session before jetting off for a quick holiday in Hawaii. Despite some confusion, Sautner said she had no problem with the actress travelling outside California once her monthly quota was met. “(She can travel) to see family, to not see family, to go to a spa. Whatever she wants to do. “But you cannot leave the state except for work unless you’ve completed the 12 days already,” she added. ANI
