COVID-19: Delhi High Court issues notice on plea to stop stubble burning in Punjab, Haryana
The Delhi High Court on Monday (September 28) issued notice to all respondents on a plea seeking directions from authorities to take immediate steps to prevent stubble burning in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in view of coronavirus COVID-19 situation.
