Ambulance delayed, UP woman gives birth in e-rickshaw

LUCKNOW: Be it sending an ambulance or attending patients on time, government hospitals in India are on a splurge of denial.

An Uttar Pradesh woman on Thursday gave birth to a child in an e-rickshaw on her way to the hospital.

Post delivery, she reached the hospital boarding the same vehicle as the ambulance allegedly did not reach on time.
