No problems to industrialists due to ongoing agitations: AP CM

AP CM K Rosaiah on Tuesday assured the industries running in the state that the ongoing Telangana and United Andhra Pradesh agitations would not affect their business as the Centre would solve these problems very soon.

Rosaiah on Tuesday assured the industries running in the state that
the ongoing Telangana and United Andhra Pradesh agitations
would not affect their business as the Centre would solve
these problems very soon.

"These Problems (agitations) have arisen in the recent
past. I am confident that the Government of India will sort
out these problems very soon," Rosaiah told mediapersons on
the sidelines of a conference on Natural Gas organised by the
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) here.

Asked about subsequent tense moments in Hyderabad and
across the State, Rosaiah said the law and order situation is
very well under control.

Earlier, addressing the conference, Rosaiah said a total
645 km pipeline infrastructure in Vijayawada town and around
2.25 lakh domestic connections will be provided in the next
five years.

As many as 1,000 connections will be provided by July
2010 and the first CNG station in Kakinada will be functional
from next month.

He requested the Central government to expedite the
process of revival of Ramagundam fertilizers manufacturing
unit by allocating gas from KG basin.
