The aircraft scheduled to take them to the places of meetings did not take off as the pilots not taking the risk of flying the leaders in inclement weather, sources in BJP and
LJP said.

While Gadkari and Naidu cancelled their programmes and preferred to stay back in Patna to hold a press conference, Paswan returned after waiting for more than two hours for air
traffic control`s clearance at the airport, the sources said.
