New Delhi: A 63-year-old man, wanted in a kidnapping and rape case, was arrested here, police said on Sunday.
Ram Avtar, who was absconding since 2002 January was apprehended on March 13, Ajay Chaudhry, Additional Commissioner of Police (South-East), said.
He was absconding in the case registered in New Ashok Nagar police station.
