Lucknow: The registration process for Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificates (BTC), a prerequisite for those applying for assistant teachers' jobs in the state, has started from today. Eligible and interested candidates can register for the BTC Exam from June 23 to July 11, 2016.

The two-year BTC diploma course is a necessary certificate for the appointment of primary teachers in a government primary schools in Uttar Pradesh.
All the eligible and interested candidates can apply through the online mode for from June 23, 2016 to July 11, 2016.

Total no. of posts: 15,000 (Tentative)
Name of the post: Assistant Teacher
Age limit: 21-40 years as on 1st July 2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
The applicants must have a graduation degree along with 2-year BTC Diploma/Cleared CTET or UPTET from any recognized institute or university.

Check the official notification to check your eligibility either yes or not.
If eligible, than click on the on the UPBTC apply online link for the registration.
Fill all the details carefully in UPBTC form 2016.
Deposit the UPBTC application fee online via net banking/debit card/credit card/ e-mitra kiosk or via bank challan.
Upload the scanned passport size photograph and signature in required size and resolution given in the official notification.
Submit the filled form and take a printout of filled UPBTC form 2016 for further references.
UPBTC 2016 Selection Process: Admission of the candidates will commence after the written examination. On the basis of UP BTC exam, a merit list will be prepared by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board.
