Why don`t you give lessons to Raj, Uddhav Thackeray: Digvijay Singh to Narendra Modi

Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh launched an all-out attack on Narendra Modi, a day after the BJP`s prime ministerial candidate accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of ruining the state by vote bank politics.

New Delhi: Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh on Monday hit out at Narendra Modi, a day after the BJP`s prime ministerial candidate accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of ruining the state by vote bank politics. On microblogging website Twitter, Digvijay Singh tweeted:

Jo shiksha Modi, Mamta ko Bihari aur bahari logon ke baare mein de rahe hein voh Raj Thakre aur Udhav Thakre ko kyon nahin dete ?

Addressing an election rally in Hooghly district, Modi had on Sunday alleged that Banerjee had no love for people from outside the state who have settled in Bengal, but "your face glows when people come from Bangladesh". "But I tell you, after May 16, people of Bangladesh will have to leave bag and baggage." Notably, the two estranged Thackeray cousins - Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj – are known for their stand against the migrants from Bihar. Shiv Sena is an ally of BJP in Maharashtra and Raj Thackeray has pledged support to Narendra Modi.
