New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday stressed on the need to bring reforms in the agriculture sector while addressing a huge gathering at Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand. He was scheduled to visit his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi later in the day, but cancelled the visit due to heavy rains.
