Bengaluru: Union Minister DV Sadananda Gowda's nephew has been caught on camera assaulting bouncers at a bar in Bengaluru.
As per reports, Gowda's nephew Abhishek and his friend Hitesh have been booked in connection with the incident.
It is believed that the duo assaulted bouncers at the Underdoggs Sports Bar & Grill in JP Nagar after they were denied alcohol late in the night.
The incident happened on January 2, the New Indian Express reported.
Bar manager Anil Gowda told JP Nagar Police that Abhishek and Hitesh consumed liquor till 11 pm at the bar on January 2. When they were refused alcohol after 11 pm when the bar was about to close and asked to leave, they began attacking the bouncers.
The incident was recorded on a CCTV camera installed at the bar.
