Thane youth arrested for brutal killing sister

Thane: A 19-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly killing his sister at their residence in Kalwa here in the wee hours Monday, police said.
The accused identified as Vyasmuni Pandey, a B Com student had a quarrel with his sister Poornima Pandey (15) over a phone call she received at 2.00 am follwing which he
attacked the victim`s head with a wooden plank, they said.

Poornima was grievously injured and died on the spot, police said adding that further investigations are on.
