Aurobindo remembered on 63rd death anniversary

Puducherry: Devotees across the country today paid homage at the `Samadhi` of saint-philosopher Aurobindo here on the occasion of his 63rd death anniversary on the premises of the Ashram that he founded in 1926.
Ashram sources said devotees sat in meditation before the samadhis of Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator, The Mother (Mirra Alfassa) from early morning.
Devotees also visited the room where Aurobindo carried on his spiritual experiments and offered homage.

Aurobindo, who propounded the concept of Integral Yoga, died at the age of 78.
