national executive being held here on June 12-13 next would be
a success, the party`s state unit President C P Thakur today
said that the event would have a rub off effect on the NDA`s
electoral prospects in the assembly polls.

The BJP`s national executive, being held in Bihar
after a gap of 16 years, has been timed in such a manner to
boost the electoral prospects of the NDA in the assembly polls

The BJP will focus on dwelling on the burning national
issues and the state of affairs within it during the two-day
national executive, the performance of the Nitish Kumar-led
NDA government too will get endorsement of the Saffron party
leadership, Thakur said.

The saffron party leaders will highlight the
achievements of the NDA government in Bihar in order to woo
the electorate to return the ruling alliance to power at the
2010 hustings, the state unit BJP leader said.

On the absence of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the

The Chief Minister will, however, host lunch for the
BJP leaders and delegates during the two-day national
executive in a show of camaraderie between the two coalition
partners, the BJP leader said.
