New Delhi, Jan 20: Lt Gen Bhupinder Singh Thakur has taken over as Vice Chief of Army Staff, an official release said here.
Lt Gen Thakur, PVSM, AVSM, was commissioned into the Central India Horse (Armoured Corps) on June 27, 1965 after graduating from NDA, Khadakvasla and IMA, Dehradun.
