Lt.Gen B J Gupta takes charge of DSSC

Udhagamandalam, May 09: Lt. Gen B J Gupta has taken
charge as the 26th Commandant of the Defence Services Staff
College at Wellington, 12 kms from here.

Vishisht Seva Medal recipient, Lt. Gen Gupta assumed
charge on May 6 after laying wreath on the historic war
memorial.

An alumnus of the Indian Military Academy, Gupta started
his career in the 7/11 Gorkha Rifles. He has also served as
General Officer Commanding of an Infantry Division.

A graduate student of DSSC, Gupta was also Instructor in
the Army War College and the Indian Military Academy.
