`Monsoon likely to hit Kerala today`

It what can give some respite from heat, monsoon is likely to hit Kerala on Sunday, as per the Met Department. The Met department has predicted arrival of monsoon four days ahead or later than June 05, a news report stated. The IMD had stated weather conditions favorable for the advance arrival of the southwest monsoon in the next few days. Meanwhile, the Met Department has predicted dust storm and thunder storm along with light rains in Delhi today and tomorrow. The western disturbance and in Jammu and Kashmir and hot winds from Rajasthan has caused the weather situation in northern part of India. After the last week`s storm, the power and water supply are yet to be restored in several parts of Delhi after massive dust storm on Friday. At least 14 people were reported dead in the storm.
