hit state were very high.

Complimenting the golfers from across the country who participated in the championship on its concluding day today, he said, "This is not just a tournament but also a message to the entire world that the spirits of the people in this militancy-ridden state are very high. Though the situation
here is difficult, it is under control."

"The state is meeting the challenge of terrorism with courage and fortitude and every effort is being made to provide security to the soft targets in far off and remote areas," Saxena said.

He said that the presence of the reputed golfers of the country in Srinagar is an ample proof of changing situation in the valley and hoped that it would inspire the youth immensely.
