Bhatinda: Two inmates were injured in firing inside the Bhatinda Central Jail early on Thursday in what is suspected to be a case of gang-war.
As per reports, notorious criminal Gurjit Singh Mahalkalan was injured after he was fired upon by another dreaded criminal Kulbir Singh Naruana.
Mahalkalan and the other injured inmate were rushed to the civil hospital. They are reportedly out of danger.
Kulbir Singh Naruana was in news earlier this year for posting a picture on his Facebook profile from inside the jail. He was arrested in January this year after he fired at a police station.
