Short-circuit causes fire at SMS hospital in Jaipur, rescue work on

Jaipur: A major fire broke out in the Sawai Man Singh hospital here on Monday afternoon. However, there has been no loss of life due to the incident.

According to initial reports, the fire was reported from the surgery wing of the hospital.

Though the exact causes of fire is not known, a short-circuit is said to be the likely reason for it.

Fire officials have reached the spot and are trying to douse the fire.

The patients from the most-affected wards are being moved out till the fire is completely doused.
