4 killed as car hits stationary truck in UP

Agra: Four people, including a woman, were killed and five others injured when the car in which they were travelling hit a stationary truck here, police said. The mishap occurred between Kakua police station and Rohta shortly after midnight last night as the group was headed from Shivpuri to Badrinath.

The vehicle got badly mangled in the accident which killed three men - Bhagwan Singh (60), Garjel (55) and Tara Singh (54) on the spot along with one Maina Devi (48). The injured have been taken to hospital for treatment, police said.
