According to the MET department, day temperature largely rose in Allahabad division, markedly rose in Varanasi, Lucknow, Jhansi divisions, appreciably rose in Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Kanpur, Bareilly and Agra divisions. They were markedly above normal in Allahabad division, appreciably above normal in Kanpur, Jhansi and Agra divisions while above normal in Lucknow division. The MET department has predicted dry weather over West UP and dust storm/thunder storm accompanied by squall at isolated places.
