Beant Singh's assassin Jagtar Singh Tara to appear before court
Authorities in Thailand Friday issued orders for the extradition of Babbar Khalsa militant Jagtar Singh Tara, convicted for life in the former Punjab CM Beant Singh's assassination case. Tara will appear before court today.
