Jolie voted most beautiful star of past decade

New York: Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has been hailed as the most beautiful star of the past decade, according to a British poll.

The `Tomb Raider` actress was voted the most attractive female celebrity of the `noughties`, followed closely by former `Friends` star Jennifer Aniston, who was previously married to Jolie`s current partner, Brad Pitt, reports hollywood.com. The survey, carried out by British beauty retailer Superdrug, placed Australian singer Kylie Minogue in third place, while Welsh Oscar-winner Catherine Zeta-Jones was at number four. "Angelina Jolie is not a conventional beauty but her strong character shines through her fabulous features to give her a unique standing in the beauty world. It`s worth noting that while everyone talks about Angelina`s pout we find that its her long thick lustrous hair that really makes women envious, as well as a figure made for red carpet posturing," said Superdrug`s commercial director Steve Jebson. Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley, Beyonce Knowles, Liv Tyler and Halle Berry also featured in the top 10. IANS
