US in touch with foreign partners on NSA leaks

Washington: The United States is in communication with foreign countries on the possible leaks of classified National Security Agency documents on its secretive spying programmes. "The United States takes the concerns of the international community seriously and has been regularly consulting with affected partners, but I’m not going to comment on our diplomatic discussions," said Caitlin Hayden, National Security Council spokesperson.

However, it is not known, if India is one of the countries which have been approached by the US officials on such leaks.
