Amanda Bynes resurfaces on Twitter, deletes controversial tweets

Los Angeles: Troubled actress Amanda Bynes reconnected with her fans by tweeting for the first time after several months. The 27-year-old actress, who enrolled in a fashion institute after finishing her rehab stint for mental disorder, also deleted the strange tweets that brought legal troubles to her, reported a leading magazine.

She got rid of the posts where she talked about needing plastic surgery or insulted other public figures, like Barack and Michelle Obama by calling them `ugly`. "Hi everyone! I`m busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans! Xoxo Amanda," she tweeted yesterday. The `Shes the Man` star changed her Twitter photo to a drawing that appears to be one of her school assignments at the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising. Her Twitter profile now reads, "Fashion Student.
