Hrithik Roshan starts rehearsing for his act at IPL 2018 opening ceremony

Hrithik will be seen performing to a medley of some of his hit songs including 'Dhoom Machale', 'Ek Pal Ka Jeena', 'Baware Baware' and 'Senorita' at the opening ceremony of the cricket event.

New Delhi: Actor Hrithik Roshan is all set to groove at the upcoming opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League which is scheduled to take place on April 7. The 'Kaabil' star, who will be performing for the finale act, has already started his rehearsals.

"Yes, I can officially confirm that I will be performing for the opening ceremony of IPL. I have already started rehearsing for it. It will be fun to perform in front of a live audience once again," the 44-year-old actor was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.

Hrithik will be seen performing to a medley of some of his hit songs including 'Dhoom Machale', 'Ek Pal Ka Jeena', 'Baware Baware' and 'Senorita'. 

'October' actor Varun Dhawan, who has also been roped in by the organisers to perform at the opening ceremony, has also been preppaing for the big event. The talented star recently shared a video on his Insta story where he is seen rehearsing for the event. 

Varun is currently shooting for Yash Raj Films' (YRF) 'Sui Dhaaga', a film starring Anushka Sharma opposite the 'Judwaa 2' actor. Both Varun and Anushka have been paired together for the first time. Hrithik, on the other hand, is busy with Vikas Bahl’s biopic film on 'Super 30' genius Anand Kumar.
