New Delhi: As India Against Corruption group staged a protest at the Ramlila Ground here on Tuesday, key Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan spoke exclusively with Zeenews.com giving a detailed account of the future course of action, if a non-effective Lokpal Bill is passed in Parliament. Apprehensive about political parties reaching a consensus on the Lokpal Bill, Prashant Bhushan said, “It is very difficult to say, we hope that a consensus will be reached for an effective anti-corruption bill, but we will have to wait and see.”When asked about his point of view on Congress big-wigs continuously targeting Team Anna members, Bhushan said, “It has been going on since the beginning and it will not hinder the movement.” “Jail bharo and this anti-graft movement will take a new turn for changing the very nature of democracy in this country. This kind of representative democracy is not real democracy and we will have to move towards real democracy,” said Bhushan about the course of action they were planning if Parliament passed a bill which is not acceptable to their team.Prashant Bhushan and his father Shanti Bhushan along with other India Against Corruption members are spear-heading the anti corruption movement at Ramlila Maidan in the national capital giving solidarity to Anna Hazare`s three-day hunger strike in Mumbai.
