New Delhi: New Delhi: In a rather shocking incident, comedian Lee Nelson on Monday interrupted FIFA's press conference, taking place at its headquarters in Zurich, by throwing a bunch of fake money on its president Sepp Blatter.

While showering the money at Blatter, Nelson stated that he was giving it to him on behalf of North Korea for the 2026 World Cup.

Immediately after the humiliating incident, the conference got delayed as Blatter left the conference hall for some time after stating “This is nothing to do with football … we need to clean here first.”

When Blatter returned back to the stage, he started off by saying “I am still alive, the waves of the tsunami have not taken me away.”

According to media reports, Nelson, illegally gained entry to the FIFA headquarters.

In fact, last month too the comedian ran on stage during Kanye West's set at Glastonbury but was quickly escorted away.

Later during the conference, FIFA had announced that it is planning on electing a new president in February 2016.
