Zurich: FC Basel made history on Thursday by becoming the first club to win five consecutive Swiss league titles.
Murat Yakin`s side won 3-1 away to Aarau to remain four points clear of second-placed Grasshopper, who beat Luzern 4-1, with one match remaining.
It is Basel`s 17th Swiss title altogether and they go straight into next season`s Champions League.
