MS Dhoni congratulates Chennaiyin FC after win against FC Goa

Indian cricket skipper MS Dhoni, who is also the co-owner of Indian Super League's team Chennaiyin FC, congratulated his team after its 2-1 win over FC Goa.

Dhoni, who is a big football fan, congratulated his team through his personal account on social micro-blogging site Twitter.

Chennaiyin defeated Goa FC 2-1 as Balwant Singh became the first Indian goalscorer in the tournament.

Dhoni also congratulated the forward who scored in the 32nd minute of the game.

Even though Goa played their heart out, Chennai's defence was too strong to breach through.

While Chennaiyin is co-owned by Abhishek Bachchan and Dhoni, Goa is co-owned by Indian cricket star Virat Kohli and coached by Zico.
