Usain Bolt was poor, eating beef helped him win nine medals in Olympics: BJP MP Udit Raj

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party MP Udit Raj on Sunday said that eating a lot of beef is the secret behind Jamaican legend Usain Bolt's incredible success at the Olympics.

He took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to express his views.

The Delhi legislator said that the fastest man on the planet was very poor and it was only after he implemented his coach's advice of eating beef did he start winning medals at the biggest sporting spectacle.

Track & field king, Usain Bolt, brought an end to his Olympics career with another treble of gold medals – 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

The Jamaican sprinter's Olympics swansong saw him complete an unprecedented triple treble at Rio 2016. He first win a treble at the 2008 Beijing Games.
