Supreme Court grants protection to ED officer probing 2G scam against complaints by accused
The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted protection to Enforcement Directorate officer Rajeshwar Singh, who is probing 2G scam, against 'baseless' complaints by any accused being investigated by him.

Essar Group promoter Anshuman Ruia, facing trial along with others in a case arising out of the 2G scam probe, has been denied permission to travel abroad with a special court rapping him for "wasting" its time by submitting "obscure" documents.
