The court asked the Tihar Jail superintendent as well as the IO to intimate it about the time when the custody of the accused is handed over to the police officials concerned The court permitted Hussain's counsel to confer with him for a period not exceeding half an hour at the beginning of the ED custody "After expiry of the ED custody, the IO shall hand over the custody of the accused to the jail superintendent who shall follow the protocol regarding the COVID-19," it said

Police finds evidence of Tahir Hussain's brother involvement in Delhi riots

The Delhi police on Sunday (March 9, 2020) found evidence of Tahir's brother Shah Alam's involvement in the violence in Delhi's Chand Bagh violence incident. Shah Alam may get arrested by the Delhi police as the investigation team is continuously seen conducting raids at his residence.
