The seven firms were found to be generating bogus GST invoices. The firms have generated goods less GST invoices of value Rs 220 crore. The companies passed inadmissible ITC amounting to Rs 34 crores.

GST Fraud: Delhi CGST officials arrest mastermind of Rs 134 crore tax scam

On the basis of Risk Analysis, a risky exporter Vibe Tradex was identified for scrutiny. The entity is engaged in the export of Pan Masala, chewing tobacco, FMCG goods, etc. The fake Input Tax Credit availed and utilized is Rs 134 crore.
