Heavy rain causes water-logging in many parts of Mumbai- In pics
India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted moderate to heavy rainfall in the city and suburbs with the possibility of very heavy rainfall at the isolated places on Friday.

Different parts of Mumbai were flooded following heavy rainfall in the state. Various streets across the city are water-logged much to the distress of the locals. Children had to wade through water to go to schools as streets were flooded in Dadar East.

Mumbaikars wake up to flooded streets, submerged railway tracks following heavy showers
Streets in different parts of Mumbai were flooded following heavy rainfall in the state. Various streets across the city are water-logged much to the distress of the locals. Children had to wade through water to go to schools as streets were flooded in Dadar East. Railway tracks were also submerged between Sion railway station and Matunga railway station following heavy rainfall in parts of Maharashtra.
