National IPR Policy gets Cabinet nod; trademark registration in just a month
With a view to promoting creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, the union cabinet has approved the National Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy which seeks to safeguard trademark identities, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said Friday.
