Centre gets Oppn backing against collegium system, clamour for NJAC grows

The Centre had earlier brought the NJAC bill in 2014. RJD MP called for revised NJAC bill with changes in accordance with the constitution. Government appoints only those persons as Judges of High Courts who are recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
