Office rent stable in Pune, NCR, drops up to 6% in 4 major cities in Dec qtr

There were no major changes in rentals across seven cities during the October-December period compared with the previous quarter. According to the data, the weighted average rental value fell 6 per cent in Kolkata to Rs 45 per sq ft a month during October-December 2021 as compared with the year-ago period. The weighted average rental value in Hyderabad declined 2 per cent to Rs 61 per square feet.
