Colombia, FARC rebels to sign new peace deal today
A new peace accord between Colombia`s government and Marxist FARC rebels will be signed on Thursday and sent to Congress for approval. This was announced by President Juan Manuel Santos on Tuesday, bringing a formal end to the 52-year civil war ever closer.
