Sapphire Foods India IPO subscribed 6.62 times, check allotment, listing date

The IPO received bids for 6,39,45,000 shares against 96,63,468 shares on offer. Sapphire Foods is backed by marquee investors such as Samara Capital, Goldman Sachs, CX Partners and Edelweiss. Sapphire Foods owns and operates KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants in India, Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Sapphire Foods IPO: KFC, Pizza Hut operator to open offer on November 9

The IPO is expected to fetch Rs 1,500-2,000 crore. AAJV Investment Trust will sell 80,169 shares. Edelweiss Crossover Opportunities Fund will offload 16.15 lakh shares.
