Sidharth Malhotra in Salman Khan's 'Race 3'?

New Delhi: If this happens, 'Race 3' star cast will be on glamourous one. The film already has Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead and now 'A Gentleman' actor Sidharth Malhotra's name too has popped-up as latest one approached to play a pivotal part in it.

According to dnaindia.com, Sid is being considered for the part and there is a strong buzz that Salman himself has recommended his name. The report quotes a source as saying, “Yes, Sidharth has been approached for the part. Salman is very fond of Sidharth and suggested his name for the film. This is one of the biggest films that Sid has been offered. It will also be his first franchise.”

Sidharth was last seen in 'A Gentleman' with Jacqueline, if he joins 'Race 3' cast then this will be his second with her and a first one with superstar Salman.

Sid has worked with Akshay Kumar in 'Brothers' and assisted Karan Johar in Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer 'Main Name Is Khan'.
