Heidi Klum ruins her own birthday surprise

Los Angeles: Supermodel Heidi Klum ruined the surprise planned for her birthday by husband Seal after she unwittingly opened the present days before the big day.

The `Victoria`s Secret` model was helping her husband packing when she discovered a box filled with a little sparkler inside, reported a website. The "Kiss From a Rose" hitmaker purchased a new piece of jewellery for Klum, who turns 37 on June 1, but his plan was foiled when the German beauty found the hidden treat. "It`s a pretty flower ring. My husband was going away and he asked me to help him pack a little bit. We were in his closet, and I was looking for things for him to take. I open this box and there`s this gorgeous little sparkler in there that was looking into my direction!" The mother-of-four insists she has no party plans and said that she just wants to spend the day with the singer and their kids. "I`ll go to dinner with my husband, low-key. I like to plan for other people, it doesn`t really have to be for me. I like to plan for the kids` birthdays," said Klum. PTI
