New  Delhi: A 27 year-old weaver from the town of Sircilla in Telengana has a very unique gift prepared for America's First Lady Michelle Obama.

America's first couple- US President Barack Obama and wife Michelle Obama- who were the chief guests at the 66th Republic Day celebrations arrived in India on Sunday and utmost care is being taken on the various gift items that is to be given to the Obamas.

The weaver, Nalla Vijay, has made a superfine silk Saree for Michelle Obama. The handloom weaver has also made a silk shawl for the US President. And what's more, they can be folded to fit inside a matchbox.

The saree weighs around 60gms and is four and half metres long, the weight of the shawl is 30 grams and is two metres long.

Both the gift items have been handed over to Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya who then present it to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and request him to gift it to the Obamas.
