Recipe: Vegetable Stroganoff

Try this wonderful vegetarian strognoff recipe.


Ingredients:
20 gms carrot
20 gms mushroom
20 gms diced onions
20 gms broccoli
20 gms mixed pepper
½ portion arboria
50 ml demi glaze
3 gms chopped parsely
5 gms chopped garlic
1 portion herb rice
1 sprig rosemary
½ slice wheat bread
1 slice baguette 


Method:
For herb rice add chopped parsley and saffron to parboiled rice, adjust seasonings.
In a hot pan saute garlic, onion and thyme, add mushroom, carrot, all three pepper then put add vegetable stock, and Check seasoning.
Simmer it for a while, add demi-glaze then put peppers, broccoli and finally add parsley and butter.
Put stew in bowl & serve it along with saffron rice & slice of baguette & wheat bread. 
Top it up with chopped tomato, garnished with parsley sprig.
