Zoe Kravitz was too 'urban' for 'Dark Knight Rises'

Los Angeles: "Mad Max: Fury Road" star Zoe Kravitz has revealed that she was not allowed to audition for a small part in "The Dark Knight Rises".

The 26-year-old "The Divergent Series" regular said the makers of the film found her too "urban" for the role, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"In the last Batman movie, they told me that I couldn't get an audition for a small role they were casting because they weren't 'going urban'," said Kravitz.

"It was like, 'What does that have to do with anything?'I have to play the role like, 'Yo, what's up, Batman? What's going on with chu?'" she added.
